Scanned from an original lid. Made by a 950 owner, for a 950. The dealer no longer supplies this part.
The original ABS hinge tabs eventually fail after years of heat cycles, engine vibration, and opening for air-filter access. This replacement is made to restore the glovebox on the Adventure.
An original lid was 3D scanned and reverse-engineered into a clean CAD model. The geometry is checked for latch alignment and hinge clearances, then produced in-house on a Bambu Lab H2D using high-performance FDM.
Fitment: 2003–2008 KTM 950 and 990 Adventure. This does not fit later 990/990R models with the revised glovebox.
Colour: Black or Orange.
Finish: Raw, unpainted. Use it as supplied or prime and paint it to match your motorcycle.
